Website design & copywriting for B Keeps Books
This specialty bookkeeper had a website that needed spark. The client was filled with frustration while building the website herself. After having her original website live for two years, she realized she was ready to bring her website to life.
The previous website had many glitches in the mobile user experience, which was a problem considering many users view websites on their smartphones. Additionally, I sprinkled in calls to action to ensure every website visitor could easily inquire about bookkeeping services.
Getting clear on client desires and expectations
This client has successfully served many salon owners over the years in Colorado. Each client spoke highly of their services and was eager to spread the word. Unfortunately, her website did not match her expertise. It was time for a change.
Website Facelift
This client preferred to stay on the Wix platform to avoid additional expenses. I built a new wireframe and flow for B Keeps Books during this project. B wanted her services to appear in a menu-like format, making it easier for website visitors to discern the differences between each service, leading them to inquire confidently.
Simple & digestible content
B Keeps Books’ previous website contained content that confused users. While showcasing your business and services, simplifying your lexicon is of the utmost importance. By making changes to the web copy, users can now understand B’s services and offerings. Minor but intentional tweaks can create significant transformations when it comes to websites.
